PURESKILL.GG, THE FIRST PRODUCT OF FPS CRITIC, INC., IS A NORTH CAROLINA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (“PURESKILL.GG,” “COMPANY”, “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”) provide the websites https://pureskill.gg/, https://csgo.pureskill.gg/ , and https://pureskill.app as (collectively, the “Website”) and an automated service that analyzes a purchaser of our products and services (each, a “User”) game replay file and provides a skill assessment as well as tailored feedback on opportunities for improvement. Depending on the products purchased and/or services provided, Users may also receive additional commentary, statistics, and tables to reflect comparison to other players. (the “Game” and, with the Website, the “Services”).
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth our policy about what information we collect from users when they use the Services and how we use, maintain, and disclose such information. This privacy policy does not apply to other websites or services not operated or controlled by us (e.g. your Steam account administered by Valve Corporation). Under applicable law, PureSkill.gg is the “data controller” of personal data collected through the Services.

Information from Third Party Platforms. We may automatically receive your personal information from third parties (e.g. Valve, other game developers, etc.). Personal Information collected by the third-party platform that you use to access (e.g. your Steam account administered by Valve Corporation) is subject to the applicable third-party terms of use and/or privacy policy (for more information, please see Steam’s Privacy Policy Agreement). Our use of your personal information collected through the Game is limited to the purposes described in the “How We Use Your Information” section below.
Registration. If you “register” an account with us, you will be required to provide personal information. To register, you may be prompted to provide us with an email address and a password. When you register, we will send you an email to verify your email address and complete the registration process. Users should not pick a password that is easy to guess and should not share their password.
Direct communications with us. If you send us or one of our representatives an email or otherwise correspond with us directly, we will have access to any information that you provide to us in such correspondence. Please limit any personal data to a minimum (i.e. only so much as is necessary to respond to your request). Our Terms of Service (available at http://www.pureskill.gg/terms-of-service) (the “Terms of Service”) also govern our use of and ownership of information that you provide to us in direct communications.

WHERE INFORMATION IS PROCESSED
We’re based in the United States of America. All information that you provide to us is stored on secured servers located in the United States of America using firewalls. No matter where you are, you consent to the processing and transferring of your information, including personal information, in and to the United States of America and other countries.
