What is Stripe?
Stripe is a payment processor we work with to manage subscriptions and payments.
Is it safe?
Yes! Stripe has been around for years and is trusted by Google, Amazon, and lots of other large companies.
Can I pay with PayPal instead of a credit card?
Yes! We recently added PayPal as a payment option.
How can I cancel my subscription?
On your Settings page click on Manage Subscription and there will be a “Cancel subscription” link you can click on to cancel your subscription.
How can I uncancel my subscription?
On your Settings page, click on Manage Subscription and you should see an “Uncancel subscription” button if your subscription has not expired yet.
How can I change my credit card or billing info?
On your Settings page click on Manage Subscription and there will be a “Manage payment method and billing history” link where you can do this.
Why does it take so long to verify my subscription?
After testing, we discovered that PayPal is just slow. There is nothing on our end slowing things down. This also applies to canceling and uncanceling your subscription.
Can I just pay money once instead of a subscription?
Yes. Check out this Donate page.
Can I pay for a subscription with crypo?
Not directly, but PayPal may have an option to pay with crypto, so you may be able to go through PayPal to use crypto.
