Rank up guarantee

Here at PureSkill.gg, we stand by what we have been building since 2019 and have confidence that if you use it, you will get better and rank up. Follow these guidelines to get the most out of Coach’s advice.

Based on the numbers, PureSkill.gg Pro users rank up TWICE as fast. Even if you play more casually or don’t meet every criteria here, you will still benefit from Coach’s advice. If you are unsatisfied with Coach, you can always ask for a refund, and we will look at those on a case-by-case basis.

1. You must to use PureSkill.gg

To get the benefits of the website, you must use the website. Check your results and work on the things coach tells you to at least once a week. You will get out of it what you put in to it, so more is better.

2. You must play CS

You won’t rank up if you never play. You should play at least 10 ranked, 5v5 matches per month on either FACEIT or Premier. One or the other, not both. We’ll go off of the one you play the most. If it doesn’t show up on your matches list, it doesn’t count.

3. You must utilize the resources under the “How to Improve” and “Details” tabs

The items under the “How to Improve” button are curated resources to help you improve the fastest. You need to watch the videos, read the texts, do the exercises, or whatever else Coach wants you to do. If you have a suggestion for a new item under the How to Improve tab, suggest it in Discord.

The items under the “Details” tab list out specifics of what you did wrong (and right) during a match. These are important to understand. You can see the context of most details by using the “Watch in Match Viewer” links. These open up the match viewer at the exact time you made a mistake or good play.

4. You must reach out if you encounter issues

There are many features and moving parts to the website. If anything is confusing or not working right, please reach out. We are available in Discord or by email at contact@pureskill.gg.

5. You can’t already be at the highest ranks

The higher in rank you go, the more difficult it is to rank up. PureSkill.gg should still be useful If you are 20,000+ for Premier or level 8 for FACEIT, but since the climb to rank up is quite steep there, this guarantee does not apply if you are at or higher than those ranks.

6. You must give it some time

CS is a difficult and complicated game with a high skill ceiling. It takes time and dedication to get better. You should see one rankup at least every 5 months. Since CS2 is mostly using numerical ranks from premier, we consider going up 1000 points to be a “rankup”. If you are on the yearly subscription, you should rank up twice in 10 months. If this is not your experience and you have followed everything else above this, please request a refund.

Because ranks fluctuate all the time, ranking down later is not a valid reason to request a refund. And one final thing: if you are below 750 ELO on FACEIT, then we consider going up 150 ELO the same as going up one rank.
