Rank-up guarantee

Rank up within 3 months of getting Pro, or get your money back, as long as you play, work on what Coach tells you, and tell us when something breaks.

Monthly and yearly Pro, for players below 20,000 Premier or FACEIT level 8.

We’ve been building PureSkill.gg since 2018, and we stand by every bit of it. So we’re putting our money where Coach’s mouth is.

What counts as a rank-up

  • On Premier: going up 4,000 rating points.
  • On FACEIT: going up one level. Below 750 ELO, going up 150 ELO counts as one level.

Your 3 months start on the day you first pay for Pro. In that time you should rank up at least once. Ranks bounce around, and Premier season resets move them too, so we look at where your rank is heading over the whole stretch, not where it sits on one day. Play both FACEIT and Premier? That’s fine. We look at both.

What we ask of you

  1. Use PureSkill.gg. At least once a week, check your results and work on what Coach tells you. Watch the videos, read the texts and do the exercises under “How to Improve”. You get out of it what you put in.
  2. Play. Average at least 10 ranked 5v5 matches a month on FACEIT or Premier.
  3. Tell us when something’s wrong. If a match doesn’t show up on your matches list, or anything else isn’t working, tell us in Discord or at support@pureskill.gg. Missing matches you’ve told us about still count. A problem you hit and never told us about might make you ineligible.

What’s covered

Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions. If you qualify, we refund your yearly payment, or up to 6 months of monthly payments. Lifetime MVP is a one-time purchase and isn’t covered, and neither is Pro you got for free, such as from a gift or a promo code.

The climb gets much steeper at the top, so the guarantee doesn’t cover Premier once you’re at 20,000, or FACEIT once you’re at level 8. If you play both, the other one still counts.

How to claim

Email contact@pureskill.gg from the email address on your account. You can claim any time while you’re subscribed, or up to 30 days after your subscription ends. You don’t need to attach anything: we check your matches and rank ourselves.

Not happy with Coach for some other reason? Ask anyway. We look at every refund request case by case.
